Charming room, inviting atmosphere, with a lovely private terrace that offered a beautiful view and an outdoor swimming pool that was perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring the area.

No negatives to mention

Housekeeping was non-existent during my stay, as no towels were replaced and the room wasn't cleaned once in four days. Additionally, the lighting on the entrance pathway was poor, making it dangerous to navigate at night. Having no contact with any staff just added to the frustration. I felt completely abandoned during my stay.

We had a wonderful family getaway, especially enjoying a visit to the Bermuda Aquarium Museum and Zoo. My grandson loved seeing all the colorful fish and the playful animals. The spacious Executive Family Room made it easy for all of us to relax together.

For dads, it would be great if there were more kid-friendly activities.

Had an amazing time with friends! We explored the Bermuda Aquarium Museum and Zoo, which was a blast. The place was super clean with a lovely pool for hot days. Great kitchen setup for breakfast and snacks. Ms. Lana was welcoming and helpful, making our stay truly enjoyable.

The room could’ve used daily housekeeping. it was missed during our stay, which was a bit disappointing.

Just a solid selection for a weekend in Hamilton City with fantastic value. The key left in the door pocket didn’t work, which could’ve been a hassle but I managed to get some rest on a couch. Make sure to confirm your check-in details ahead of time.

Room 6 was super spacious with a huge comfy bed and nice linens. Loved the walk-in shower. perfect for a quick rinse. The microwave and coffee machine were handy, but I didn't use them much. The private terrace view was lovely for relaxing. Just a short walk downhill to grab coffee, which was cool. The vibe felt homey, definitely had character being in an older house. No real negatives during my stay.

Enjoyed the spacious Deluxe Suite, perfect for a couple's getaway. However, the entrance lighting requires attention, making evening walks less appealing. A greater presence of staff would enhance the experience. For the best value, bring your own kitchen supplies.
